1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personalized products, intimate wear, or hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • As per Indian tax laws, all taxes (including GST) collected at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim a defective or damaged item. Without this, the exchange may not be approved.

  • If the size mistake is from our side, we will replace it free of charge.

  • If the size exchange is due to customer error, additional exchange charges will apply.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care items (unless defective)

5. Return Process

To return an item:
